Use Trebinje as a real stop
Give the centre and river an unhurried afternoon, then choose one wider-area visit the next day. Do not attach a winery, monastery and cross-border day trip to the same short stay.

For Mostar, confirm the current bus and exact departure station. For Dubrovnik or Kotor, carry the correct documents and allow for border delays. A short map distance does not create a reliable arrival time.
