Calculation rules

Our cost tools add the values you enter. They do not silently estimate missing fees. Per-traveler totals are shown separately from group totals. Journey time is measured independently from cost, using the minutes entered for travel, transfers, buffers and waiting.

Source records

A rule or allowance must have a source URL, publisher, checked date, review date and reviewer note. Airline-owned pages and public authorities are preferred. A saved change creates a previous-version record, so editors can see what changed.

Dates and stale records

The date shown beside a public record is the date the cited page was last checked. Review dates are editorial reminders, not promises that a rule will stay unchanged until then. Records due for review appear in the administration dashboard.

Limits

Airlines, border authorities, card providers and transport operators make the final decision. Our tools help compare published information, but do not replace the provider's current terms or official advice.
