Keep one city day
Walk the central streets and choose Rozafa Castle or the Marubi museum. The official Shkodër guide covers the city, lake and role as a northern gateway.
Separate the mountain components
The Koman ferry, road transfer to Valbona, Valbona to Theth walk and return to Shkodër are separate pieces. Ferry Berisha publishes its own current ferry and pickup products. Check what your booking includes.

The Albanian Alps National Park includes Theth and Valbona. Ask locally about trail and pass conditions before committing to the crossing, and keep a road alternative or spare night.

Do not buy a mountain package until you know which ferry, transfer, accommodation and luggage service are included. Similar route names can hide different arrangements.
