Take the local bus to the old town
This connection starts from the Monaco-Monte-Carlo station area and finishes at Monaco-Ville, within the same country. Check CAM line 2 towards Monaco-Ville and alight at Place de la Visitation. From there, walk through the old-town lanes towards the palace.
Use CAM's line 2 information for the departure and stop in service. Waiting time and the final walk are additional to the ride. The map distance is a straight line between guide anchors, not the length of the bus route or a promise of a level walk.
Choose your ticket before boarding
The standard single journey is €1.50 through Monapass or bank-card payment, or €2 for a paper ticket bought onboard. Read the transfer and pass conditions if taking more than one bus. An ordinary local ride does not need booking weeks ahead.
