Separate the old town and beach day
Use one part of the day for Budva's walls and lanes, then choose a beach that fits the weather and access. The official Montenegro old-town guide explains the historic setting.
Check the final approach
Mogren is reached from the old-town side by a coastal path. Bečići and Sveti Stefan need different transport. Check the current bus, the road crossing and the walk down before treating them as one simple beach circuit.
