Day 6Choose Gdańsk history or a slower coastal day

Six nights across three cities
Spend two nights in Kraków, two in Warsaw and two in Gdańsk. Day seven ends in Gdańsk without another hotel night. If your flight or train is the next morning, add that night and its meals to the plan.
The main journeys are Kraków to Warsaw on day three and Warsaw to Gdańsk on day five. Faster direct trains take roughly 2 hours 20 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes respectively, but slower departures differ. Choose the northbound Kraków train and the coastal connection before fixing timed visits on those days.
Choose one main history visit in each city
In Kraków, decide between a Wawel exhibition and Schindler's Factory, then leave time for the streets around them. In Warsaw, POLIN and the Warsaw Rising Museum tell different stories; choose the one that interests you most. In Gdańsk, allow an unhurried block for the Museum of the Second World War or the European Solidarity Centre.
Free admission days have their own limits. They can help if they match the route, but do not reshape the entire week around saving one ticket. Keep the paid admissions outside the daily room-and-meal figures.
Leave the coast flexible
On the last day, choose a short Gdańsk walk or Sopot only if your departure allows it. The Sopot route is straightforward by SKM, but you still need time to return for bags and travel onward. In rain, choose an indoor visit that fits the same timing.
