Lauterbrunnen Valley of 72 Waterfalls
InterlakenTake the 20-minute valley train into Lauterbrunnen. Walk beneath Staubbach Falls cascading 300 meters over the cliff edge. Hike through Trummelbach glacial caves.
Grindelwald and Eiger Trail Hike
GrindelwaldTrain to Grindelwald. Hike the famous Eiger Trail directly beneath the menacing 1,800m vertical limestone rock wall of the Eiger North Face.
Bachalpsee Lake and First Cliff Walk
GrindelwaldRide the gondola to First. Walk the cantilevered suspension bridge and hike across alpine pastures to mirror-like Bachalpsee lake.
Historic Bern Stopover and Departure
BernTake the 50-minute train to federal capital Bern. Walk the 6 km of medieval sandstone arcades and visit the Bear Park before onward travel.
