Use Grand Central for the train
Enterprise services now use Belfast Grand Central, not Lanyon Place. Plan roughly 2¼ hours to Dublin Connolly, then check your date for works or a replacement bus. Allow time to find the platform in the larger station.
Choose city or airport by coach
Aircoach 705X links Belfast Grand Central, Dublin Airport and Dublin city. A city journey is roughly 2½ hours depending on the departure and traffic. Confirm the Dublin stop and terminal on the booking; the airport and Connolly are not interchangeable arrivals.
Prepare for the border and onward travel
Belfast uses pounds and Dublin uses euros. Carry the travel documents required for your nationality and itinerary; the Common Travel Area does not give every overseas visitor automatic permission for both countries. Galway and Killarney trains leave Dublin Heuston, so a connection from Connolly needs a cross-city transfer and time to wait for the next train.
