Leave from a stop that serves this route
The operator's full route runs from Limassol New Port towards Paphos. Check the listed intermediate stops if your room is nearer the old town or another part of the city. A local bus stop on the seafront is not automatically an Intercity departure point.
Allow about 75 minutes for the complete route, then time to reach the stop and continue from Paphos. An adult cash single is €5. Carry cash for the driver and compare any return product with the journeys you will actually make.
Karavella is not the harbour
The Paphos end is New Terminal Pervola–Karavella. This is useful for the upper-town area, but many visitor rooms and the archaeological park lie nearer Kato Paphos and the coast. Search the onward local trip to your accommodation before boarding in Limassol.
Pafos Buses runs the local network. Keep the extra fare separate from the intercity ticket, and check which service suits your address. If you are continuing to the airport, route 613 serves the Karavella connection; airport bus 612 instead serves Tombs of the Kings station through the coastal area.
Leave room for the first afternoon
After checking in, choose a harbour walk or a single visit rather than trying to cover both the archaeological park and Tombs of the Kings. The sites are separate and exposed sections can feel tiring in the heat. Two mornings give you more choice about the pace.
On a return day trip, look up the bus back from the stop you will use and leave time to reach it from the coast. If the next step is Larnaca, check that journey separately: the direct service is limited and the alternative through Limassol takes longer.
