The direct Paphos–Larnaca Intercity service has a limited timetable. An adult cash single is €10 and the operator gives about two hours for the journey. Look up the exact departure before arranging your final day around it; do not expect the frequency of the bus between neighbouring cities.
Start from Pervola–Karavella in Paphos and choose the listed Larnaca arrival stop that suits your next step. Travel from a coastal hotel to the terminal is additional. Keep cash ready and allow time to find the correct departure point.
The alternative goes through Limassol
If the direct departure does not fit, compare Paphos–Limassol and Limassol–Larnaca as two separate rides. At the published €5 singles, the two tickets also total €10. The approximate full-route riding times are 75 and 90 minutes, so riding alone is about 2 hours 45 minutes before the wait and any movement between stops.
Check that the arriving and departing services use a workable common stop. A shorter connection on paper is not useful if it leaves no time to find the next bus. Save another departure so a delayed first ride does not remove your only option.
Keep the airport transfer outside this fare
Larnaca city is not Larnaca Airport. If flying, add the onward airport service and the airline's check-in margin to the plan. Compare a suitable airport shuttle or transfer with the full bus chain rather than comparing only the first fare.
For an early or fixed flight, return to Larnaca the previous evening and move the last hotel night there. This is the calmer variation in the six-day itinerary. A same-day bus delay should not be the thing that decides whether you reach the airport in time.
