Book one night in Larnaca, one in Nicosia, one in Limassol and two in Paphos. This is a moving trip, so leave room for packing, reaching the bus stop and checking in. If you would rather spend less time moving, use the shorter Larnaca-based option instead of squeezing these four cities into fewer days.
The first day stays near Larnaca's old town and Finikoudes. Day two moves to Nicosia for the Cyprus Museum and walled centre, with no need to cross the Green Line to fill the day. Check the museum's calendar before arranging this part: it is normally closed on Monday.
On day three, travel to Limassol and keep the afternoon around the castle and Molos. The castle houses the Medieval Museum, so give its collection a little time before the seafront walk. Day four moves to Paphos, leaving a first visit to the archaeological park if timing and heat allow. Use the next morning for Tombs of the Kings and keep the afternoon flexible.
Day six is a travel day back to Larnaca. The direct Paphos–Larnaca bus is limited. An alternative through Limassol means two rides and a change, and Larnaca city still needs an onward airport transfer. Check the complete chain before booking a flight around it.
For an early flight, move the fifth hotel night from Paphos to Larnaca and return on day five. Remove or shorten the final Paphos sightseeing rather than trying to fit it before a fixed bus. Replace that night's €90 room allowance with your Larnaca quote. You still have five nights overall.
This is a chosen spending plan for one traveller. It uses five whole private rooms: €85 in Larnaca, €80 in Nicosia, €100 in Limassol and two at €90 in Paphos, making €445. Six food allowances of €25 add €150, and six €5 amounts for small extras add €30.
The included adult admissions are Limassol Castle €4.50, the Paphos archaeological park €4.50 and Tombs of the Kings €2.50, together €11.50. The Cyprus Museum and Saint Lazarus church are free. This makes €636.50 before all transport. Day six has no room charge.
For two adults sharing the same rooms, the room total stays €445 and the other amounts double: €828 together, or €414 each, before transport. Replace the whole room amounts with complete booking quotes including tax and fees. These are allowances, not available hotel offers or measured averages.
The four intercity singles in the direct version are Larnaca–Nicosia €5, Nicosia–Limassol €6, Limassol–Paphos €5 and Paphos–Larnaca €10. They add €26 per adult. Local buses, airport travel, taxis and extra outings are additional. Do not add the city budget cards on top of this itinerary subtotal; they are an alternative spending plan.
Choose actual tickets instead of a general activity allowance, not in addition to one. Read the Cyprus bus guide for operator differences and use the country guide to choose a slower variation. A rest or a shorter walk is a valid afternoon, especially after a hotel move.
