Rail has a separate last leg
Lesce-Bled is around 4 km from town. Add a local bus or taxi to the train time. Bled Jezero is on the western shore on a different line, not another name for the same station or direct service.
Keep the day manageable
Choose a departure that leaves time for the shore and one main attraction. The castle, island and Vintgar are too much to attach casually to a short return gap. Save the last practical bus back before setting off.
