The Arena is the main paid stop in Pula. In Rovinj, the bell tower is optional; the church area, old-town lanes and coast do not require you to buy a series of attractions. Choose a bicycle or boat outing only if it adds something you want.
Ask about luggage storage when moving between rooms. Rovinj's cobbles and steps are easier without a case, especially before check-in. Use the transfer morning for travel and lunch, then take the hill at your own pace.
The coast towards Zlatni rt suits a longer walk or an easy picnic. If the weather changes, shorten the outdoor time and enjoy the town. A fixed departure is the one thing the final day's plan needs to work around.
