Spend the first two nights in Andorra la Vella and the third in Ordino. Return to the capital on day four for your onward coach. The overnight in Ordino gives you a village evening; ask about luggage drop-off before planning the museum visit.
If you prefer one base, stay all three nights in the capital and make Ordino a return day trip on day three. In that version you do not need the Ordino-to-capital move on the last morning. The day cards below follow the overnight-in-Ordino version.
From Barcelona Sants, Direct Bus publishes about three hours to Andorra. Airport departures take longer. Book the correct boarding point, allow time to find it and leave the afternoon for your hotel and a short town walk. Avoid a prepaid spa session straight after a journey that can be delayed on the road.
On the second day, choose a Caldea session and an easy town afternoon. Confirm Casa de la Vall's opening before adding a visit. You can reverse the order around the spa entry time; there is no need to add another valley that day.
If you would rather spend day two outdoors, use Canillo and Soldeu instead of the spa. The bus connection reaches the valley; a bridge visit then uses the official Canillo shuttle. Resort lifts and activity parks have their own opening dates.
In Ordino, the house museum and village can fill a relaxed day. Sorteny or Arcalís needs a separately planned outing and seasonal transport. Do not treat the bus to central Ordino as a completed journey to the high mountains.
For one traveller, allow €580 across the four days: three whole-room nights at a chosen €100 each, €140 for food, €32 for local buses, €80 for paid visits and €28 for extras. These are adjustable allowances, not hotel or activity quotes. There is no hotel allowance on day four.
For two people sharing those same rooms, the equivalent is €860 together, or €430 each. Only the €300 room total is shared. The visit allowances are €10, €50, €10 and €10 across the four days; replace them with your actual bookings, especially Caldea or a mountain activity.
International coaches and flights are additional, as are shopping, ski hire, lessons and passes. Local bus journeys are already covered by the daily allowance. The journey cards help you plan them; do not add those rides to the total a second time.
Take the return bus from Ordino with time to collect any stored bags and reach the booked international coach. Choose lunch around that departure, rather than reserving a remote restaurant just before it. Check the reverse bus timetable: a route's outward departure times are not its return times.
