How to choose a Caldea ticket
Compare Classic, Plus and Premium access, children’s arrangements and visit time before booking your Andorra spa day.
Choose your Caldea ticket before putting it into the day's timetable. The access levels have different ages, facilities and visit lengths, so the lowest displayed price may not cover the people or spaces you have in mind.
Match the ticket to the group
The main options are:

These are the ordinary access arrangements described in Caldea's visitor information and sales conditions. Check the particular product before paying. Classic includes the main bathing facilities; Plus adds further areas; Premium gives the wider access described for that ticket.
Changing-room time is inside the visit allowance. Do not plan three hours in the pools followed by extra time to get dressed unless your actual booking says so.
Young children need a separate plan
The children's spa serves ages three to eight. Children aged three or four do not have ordinary Classic access; the arrangements for ages five to eight differ. Read the product rules together with the adult booking, including how the child is handed over to the staff and which areas the child can use.
Bring the required proof of age and check supervision requirements for the size of your group. Caldea's junior ticket information gives age-document and adult-accompaniment conditions. Do not assume every adult and child can move together through every part of the spa.
Compare the full booking
Look at the selected date and time, what bathing equipment is included, and what you need to bring or rent. Compare the final basket rather than a “from” price. Treatments can use part of your spa time, so check how a treatment appointment fits the access period.
Read the cancellation deadline on the offer you choose. If an activity before the spa depends on weather or a bus connection, leave a comfortable gap or put Caldea on a different day. The operating calendar also matters: maintenance can affect facilities even when another part of the complex is open.
Fit it into an Andorra stay
Caldea is in Escaldes-Engordany, next to Andorra la Vella. Check the actual walk from your hotel and allow time to arrive before the booked entry. Pair the visit with a relaxed meal rather than trying to add a mountain excursion on either side.
