Get to Campanhã with time to spare
Long-distance trains leave Campanhã, so add the journey there if staying near São Bento or Ribeira. A suitable train takes roughly 3–3½ hours to Lisbon depending on service and station. Save the station name as well as the departure time.
Choose the Lisbon arrival
Oriente can suit some onward metro journeys; Santa Apolónia is a different arrival closer to the eastern historic centre. Check the route to your actual room rather than choosing whichever station appears first. With luggage, the last uphill walk can be the least convenient part.

Use CP and Rede Expressos for your date. Allow about 3½–4½ hours for a suitable coach and check its Lisbon terminal. A limited advance fare can help, but the right arrival and ticket conditions matter more than an old advertised starting price.
