Flawless Public Transit at Subsidized Prices

Vienna’s public transit operator (Wiener Linien) is famous worldwide for exceptional reliability, cleanliness, and subsidized pricing.

The 24-Hour Pass vs Single Tickets

A single one-way transit ticket in Vienna costs €2.40. A 24-Hour Vienna Transit Pass costs just €8.00. If you ride the U-Bahn or tram more than three times in a 24-hour period, the pass immediately saves money. It provides completely unlimited travel across all U-Bahn subway lines, streetcars, municipal buses, and suburban S-Bahn trains within the Vienna core zone (Kernzone 100).

For longer visits, the 7-Day Pass (valid for any 7 consecutive days) costs €17.10, working out to less than €2.50 per day.
