The Best Free Ground Viewpoints at Sunrise
- Göreme Sunset/Sunrise Viewpoint Hill (Aydın Kırağı): Located a 10-minute steep walk up the stone path behind central Göreme. Entry is 20 TRY (€0.55). From here, balloons float directly above your head and descend into adjacent valleys.
- Love Valley Edge: Hike 40 minutes from Göreme to the ridge above Love Valley. Watch balloons navigate between towering phallic fairy chimneys in total solitude.
