No live exchange rate used during your request. The calculator reads official reference data from the local cache. The result shows the observation date and retrieval time used for the selected pair. ECB rates are reference rates, not the rate promised by a bank, card network or ATM.
How to use the estimate
Check the ATM screen before confirming. Record the fixed operator fee and any currency conversion amount. Your card provider may add a cash-withdrawal fee or exchange-rate markup later, so check its fee schedule too.
Dynamic currency conversion
The optional quote comparison uses the home-currency total shown by the ATM. Choose the local-currency option unless you have checked that the conversion offered by the ATM is better after all card charges.
